I understand you are facing Microsoft account access issues to get the BitLocker key.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below: -

1. To Unblock Microsoft Account: -

• Go to the Account Recovery Page and request a security code.
• How to complete out the Microsoft account recovery form
• Enter the Security Code and use any phone number to receive the code and verify your identity and Reset Your Password.

2. For BitLocker recovery key: -

• Sign in to your Microsoft account and check Devices > Recovery Key.
• If you cannot find the recovery key, you may need to reset your device, which will erase all files.
• Open a web browser and for recovery options https://aka.ms/myrec
