The details file from sfc /scannow is attached here.
Also, the command Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does not work, gives an error:

Error: 0x800f081f

The source files could not be found.

As I don't want to reinstall Windows or do a in place upgrade repair, I follow this guide to repair the corrupted source files.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system-files-79aa86cb-ca52-166a-92a3-966e85d4094e

Make a Windows VM, read the sfcdetails.txt and confirm that the corrupted files are:
    wsp_fs_uninstall.mof
    wsp_health_uninstall.mof

Then I do a file search in C:\Windows in VM, copy these two files from VM
and do a file search in C:\Windows in my PC, follow the guide to replace the corrupted sources files

After that, I do a sfc /scannow and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth to complete the repair process
