Why do i not have notification options in my microsoft forms ?

Question

Under settings in forms I have no option to recieve any form of notification if the form is filled out? Why is this and how can this be resolved?

Microsoft forms is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Microsoft Forms actively monitors questions over at
