Office365 is not receiving mail from Godaddy server while using Phpmailer

Question

Hi,
I hosted a php website in godaddy server. In that I am having a mail sending module. Here I used godaddy relay settings and I want to receive the mails to my office365 mail. For sending mails, I used phpmailer function. As per the godaddy relay settings, need to give host as the localhost,port 25, auth and security should be none(false). Here I am not getting any error and also not receiving mail in the office365 outlook mail.
