Unable to access my AZ900 exam due to Anydesk.exe error

when I use system test, it said "AnyDesk.exe" is not allowed and I cannot start the sample exam.

    I am getting error anydesk.exe is not allowed , please reschedule an exam azure-204 and suggest for this error.
