Integrating itam tool with azure monitor

There is tool called itam which is ticketing tool like service now. I wanna integrate itam tool with azure monitor so I can view in azure monitor details like no of incidents,requests that got resolved.

There is documentation for integrating sevice now with azure monitor which says using itsm tool we can integrate service now .. along with service now there are 3 more tools which we can integrate with azure monitor. But nowhere nothing is mentioned about itam tool.

Please guide me on this how can i integrate itam with azure monitor so I can view itam's metrics information in azure monitor ..

    Hi,

    Azure Monitor has many partner integrations as of today, note that not all vendors have integrations with Azure Monitor though, you can view the list of currently supported partner integrations here:

    There is also a tool called IT Service Management Connector (ITSMC) that connects ITSM tools to Azure Monitor, currently ITSMC supports connections from the following ITSM tools:

    • ServiceNow
    • System Center Service Manager
    • Provance
    • Cherwell

    For additional integrations , you should use WebHooks available through Action Groups. Additional option is to use LogicApps or Azure Automation Runbooks triggered by an alert
