How to fix the insiders bug of game's inverting colours?

Hi,
As soon as I upgraded to the insiders branch, pretty much every game inverts colours when switching resolution/alt-tabbing/windowing to maximising.

It's definitely due to the Insiders release. Here's a thread with a user having the same issue as me:

This has nothing to do with high-contrast colours.

Also the cropping image tool on this website is broken.

Additionally I couldn't find a tag which suited my problem.
