I Have moved root folders to a subfolder Linux Azure

I have moved accidentaly root folder to a subfolder. Similar to what explains in this link
https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/17428/moved-bin-and-other-folders-how-to-get-them-back
But now the ssh connection is not working neither restart or reboot can complete. As I can't connect ssh I cant follow the instructions there.
How Can I access again to the virtual machine? Or at least recover some data like MongoDB records?
