The future of dialogs for Xamarin Forms when Acr is closing down

As stated here, ACR User dialogs is in lockdown

I've been using it pretty much recent years and I'm not 100% up to date of the equivalents built into XF.
Some parts I seem to miss is

• Being able to fire up an alert without the use of a page-reference
• Showing toasts
• Loading modal with spinner and text

Are there any plans for extending functionality around this in XF och XF Community Toolkit?
Or are there other great nugets around for this (I found one for toasts that seem ok [Toasts.Forms.Plugin])

I think Xamarin-Community-Toolkit-Platform-Perfect-Popups-Part-1 can help you for some cases.

Javier Suarez that is working MAUI and I think he will port some controls that could help us: TemplateUI
