    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

Usually, the error "This account doesn't exist" appears if you have typed your username incorrectly, your account has been compromised, or you haven’t signed in for over two years, causing your account to become inactive and possibly deleted.

May I please know when was the last time you were able to sign in to your Microsoft account successfully?

If you haven’t signed in for more than two years and the account was closed due to inactivity, unfortunately, you won’t be able to use the Account Recovery Form to recover it.

We will be waiting for your response.
