I was customizing my new mouse I got with the Razar Software when all the sudden, my computer goes blue and it asked for my recovery code. I gave it the code and then it said autofixing itself, then it went blue again and said auto fix wasn’t able to fix your pc, so reset the corrupt files and it booted up again. However, I try to log in and it says something happened to your pin, please reset it, but when I click on reset pin, it goes black and reads “User Profile Service Failed to sign-in.” What am I supposed to do? It won’t let me do anything and it’s quite frustrating

You’re clearly stuck in a deep system failure, and I understand how frustrating that is. Since you can’t reset the PC, safe Mode and System Restore don’t work, and you're locked out completely. Your best path forward is a clean installation of Windows using a bootable USB. It sounds drastic, but it's the most reliable way to recover from serious corruption like this.

So the problem is, I can’t reset my pc, it just gives me an error code, I don’t have any previous versions according to my pc, I can’t boot into safe mode and log in, and no matter how many times I scan my files, nothing is restored. Also I’m not sure if I can even reinstall windows on my computer.

Hi, my name is Julian. Since this is a public forum made up mostly of fellow gamers and users like you and me, all we can offer are guidance and suggestions. I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.

Based on your description, there are likely profile corruption issues and possibly PIN-related sign-in errors caused after the crash.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Try entering safe mode. Power off your PC, then power it on and off 3 times to trigger recovery mode. Select Advanced Options > Startup Settings > Restart > Safe Mode with Networking.
    2. You may also try a system restore. From the recovery menu, go to Advanced Options > System Restore. Choose a restore point before the issue began. Learn more here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/rec...
    3. If you reach the sign-in screen, click "Sign-in options" and try using your password instead of the PIN.

If your PIN is truly broken, follow these steps:

User profile service error. Your profile might be corrupted.

    Follow these steps:

    Boot into Safe Mode.

Create a new user account via CMD or Control Panel.

Log in with that new account and move your data.

If you can’t access Safe Mode or any recovery tools, you may need to reinstall Windows as a last resort.

Please let me know if it worked or not and I would be happy to assist you further. Thank you!
