This means your mailbox is intact, but Outlook desktop isn't syncing properly after the update.
Switch Folder View :
- Go to Sent Items in Outlook
- Click the View tab > View Settings > Filter
- Make sure no filters are applied (like by date or "Unread only")
Re-select the Sent Items Folder (if IMAP/POP)
- Go to: File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Select your account > Change > More Settings > Sent Items
- Make sure "Save sent items in the following folder on the server" is selected
- Choose the correct Sent folder from your server (not local)
Force a Folder Sync Refresh :
- Right-click your account's name in the folder list > IMAP Folders…
- Click Query > Find "Sent" > Select it > Click Subscribe
- Then hit Send/Receive All Folders (or press F9)
