SQL Server update to version 18.5.1 from 18.5 seems to cause a write error for a query with 2 related tables. This works in 18.5 and SQL server 2012. We have an Access front-end using a simple query between two related tables as the record source. Updating any fields from the "primary" table causes a time-out due to inability to write to the table. I also created this same query in SSMS and I get the same error so it seems not caused by the the Access front end.
