Why I am not able to create data flow in Norway East

I am not able to create data flows in the Norway East region, even if it generally available. I am using a free tier and able to create data flow in US West or India.

    Hi anonymous user,

    As @MarkKromer-MSFT suggested, Mapping data flows are currently not supported in Norway East region and hence you are receiving the error. But as Mark called out Data flows will be available in next couple of weeks.
