Windows 10 update problem version 20H2 error 0xc1900130

Question

Hello, I failed to install Feature update to Windows 10 version 20H2 repeatedly where error 0xc1900130 was shown, despite using Windows update under setting, deleting contents in Windows Distribution folder, and using Windows 10 Update Assistant to no avail and I don't understand why?
