Good day, thanks for your question. Just to confirm, there has been a previous setup of MS Authenticator on your previous phone and you trying to set it up again on the new one, and this is work account and not a personal account?

Just setup a new work phone. Microsoft Authenticator isn't working. When I open it - it is locked. When I hit unlock, it takes me to microsoft to enter code displayed in authenticator app, which I can't open.
