Is InteractiveProviderBehavior XAML Behavior still supported?

Following the instructions of the official document makes an app impossible to build due to the following error:

Xaml Internal Error error WMC9999: Cannot find type Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.Behaviors.BehaviorBase`1 in module Microsoft.Toolkit.Uwp.UI.dll.

It was working fine for well over a year until the Microsoft.Toolkit.Graph.Controls was updated to 7.0.0-preview2. The tookkit makes using OneDrive much easier than using Graph SDK directly.

Could anyone shed some light on the direction of the toolkit in terms of Graph use? Will InteractiveProviderBehavior continue to be supported? Should we shift away from the toolkit and use another preferred way to deal with OneDrive?
