Client server runtime process high gpu usage

Hi, I need help, I'm desperate because I can't find a solution anywhere...

Client server runtime process is loading my GPU at 30%-40%-50% and my fans are spinning at 100%

This happens when:

-watching YOUTUBE videos or TWITCH

-fast scrolling

-fast mouse movements

I have a newly built PC for about half a year and it hasn't done anything to me... Windows update and NVIDIA driver are up to date.

    Hi ,

Access the Bios, go to Settings > Advanced > Integrated Graphics configuration > IGD Multi-Monitor, set it to disable and save with the f12 key and restart.

Try to cleanly install the driver Intel using DDU

    DDU:

    https://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/games/PC/guru3d/ddu/[Guru3D.com]-DDU.zip

Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the GPU driver.

    1. After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.
    2. Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put GPU.

After uninstalling the GPU Driver, uninstall it for Nvidia GPU and Intel GPU

    1. Click on the First option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.
    2. After running DDU and following the procedure:

    https://us.download.nvidia.com/Windows/576.02/5...

Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.

Recommend you do an analysis with Microsoft's MSRT, analyze and Malwarebytes.

    Hi ,

Do you have the GPU driver active, are you using a monitor connected to the motherboard?

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

To see the model, you can type msinfo32.exe in the Windows search bar, open the search for the baseboard product and enter it here.
