Hi Ramesh,

I have been dealing with this issue for a week and have tried many different solutions provided in these forums, but none are helping. I did as you said and provided here the details of the scan for you to look deeper. Thanks

    Did the steps and still did not work. Windows security still says page not available and that I have to contact the IT team.

    Please right-click defender_diag.bat and choose Save link as in your browser. It queries Defender settings.

    Right-click on the downloaded file and click Properties. Select "Unblock" and click OK.

    Double-click the batch file to run it. Share the output log (%temp%\defender.log) on GoFile.io.

    Thanks @quietman7.

    @Matthew C11:

    Please download the Windows Security platform update: https://catalog.s.download.windowsupdate.com/d/msdownload/update/software/defu/2025/04/securityhealthsetup_1528aebc5e90a333bf0f8a3f0d98b458311581fa.exe

    After downloading the file, right-click on the file and choose "Run as administrator".

    Restart Windows and see if that fixes Windows Security.

    (Let me know the outcome of the above steps. If necessary, a fixlist can be prepared to resolve the issue.)

    Ok. Please be patient until Ramesh Srinivasan has a chance to review the log files you submitted. Like all volunteers at Microsoft Community he assists members as time permits. We are not logged into this site all day long and it may take some time to get a reply.
