All wifi menues and service have started to periodically disappear from my session. In Device Manager, Intel wifi driver shows errors. Disable and re-enable and it works again. Attempted driver update but have the latest version. Any suggestions?

Acer Spin 5 Notebook Windows 11,

Thanks

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

When the Wi-Fi disappears, do you notice any error code in Device Manager for the Intel wireless adapter? If possible please capture a screenshot and attach it in your next response.

Also, have you tried completely uninstalling the Wi-Fi driver to let Windows reinstall it?

    > Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

    > Expand Network adapters and find your Wi-Fi adapter.

    > Right-click it and select Uninstall device, then check the box for Delete the driver software for this device (if available).

    > Click Uninstall, then restart your laptop. Windows should automatically reinstall the driver.

If issue still persists let me know, and we’ll dig further if needed.

Click "Reply" below to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
