Hello and thank you for your effort.

I've had time to do it only today but it doesn't recognize the bootable USB with Win11 which I've followed the instructions and created via the link you've provided.

However it didn't work. What what I can do? Would you please recommend me something that I would not have to lose my data and games and all?

I'm really sorry for the delay in getting back to you --I was offline. Thank you for your patience. I understand how frustrating this issue is, especially with the stop code SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED and the Netwtw10.sys error, and not being able to boot into Safe Mode or uninstall the update. I also completely understand your concern about not wanting to lose your games and personal files.

Since Safe Mode and the update rollback aren’t working, the next best step while preserving your data would be to perform a Startup Repair or, if that fails, proceed with a repair install (in-place upgrade) using a bootable Windows 11 installation media.

    Option 1: Startup Repair

Force shutdown your PC 2–3 times during boot to trigger Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

Go to Advanced Options > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Startup Repair.

Let Windows attempt to fix the startup issue.

    If that doesn’t work

Option 2: Repair Install Using a Bootable USB (Keeps Files Intact)

On another working PC, go to the (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...) and create a Windows 11 installation USB using the Media Creation Tool.

Plug it into your affected PC, boot from the USB (you might need to press F12, Esc, or Del at startup depending on your system), and choose Repair your computer instead of Install.

If repair options still fail, reboot from the USB again and run Setup.exe directly from the USB (this allows for an in-place upgrade which keeps files and apps, but only works if you can boot into the system — if not, we can consider alternative steps).

Let me know how far you’re able to get with this, and I’ll guide you step-by-step from there.

I tired that and it doesn't work... It doesn't start the safe mode with(5) or without the network(4) option.

I DON'T WANT TO LOSE MY AVAILABLE DATA IN IT BECAUSE I've too many games and personal files.

And it doesn't stop or delete the last updates as well.

Hi, I'm Thileep. I'm happy to help you!

Are you able to access the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)?

    > Power off your PC completely.

    > Turn it on, and as soon as you see the Windows logo, hold down the power button to force a shutdown.

    > Repeat this process 2–3 times. On the next boot, you should be taken to the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

    Once you're in WinRE:

Go to Advanced options > Troubleshoot > Advanced options.

Select Uninstall Updates and try removing the most recent update.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, go back and try using System Restore (if available).

    Best regards,

    Thileep
