    Hello RAHEDDA,

Thanks for describing your situation and for sharing the DMP file. I’m Adrian, an Independent Advisor. I’ll walk you through what we can do. I’m here to help troubleshoot it with you.

The DMP file you've shared points to an issue with the graphics driver and with the DirectX components.

Here's what I can recommend that you can do.

    1. Update your Windows

Press Windows + I to open Settings

    Go to Windows Update

    Click Check for updates

Install all available updates (including optional driver updates if listed)

Restart your PC after installation is complete

    1. Reset or Reinstall DirectX

DirectX usually updates with Windows, but to reset or repair.

Press Win + R, type dxdiag, press Enter.

Check if it shows any issues.

If needed, re-download DirectX from Microsoft:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/detail...

    1. Update GPU Driver

Update to the latest graphics driver for your laptop:

Go to the Lenovo Support page.

Search for your model: Lenovo Gaming 3i

Download and install the latest NVIDIA/Intel/AMD GPU drivers

OR go directly to NVIDIA or Intel Graphics if you know your GPU model.

    1. Run System Health Commands

Open Command Prompt (Admin) and run:

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

This checks and repairs corrupted system files, including dxgkrnl.sys.

    1. You can also try to lower graphics settings for your Roblox game

    Launch any Roblox game.

Press Esc to open the menu.

    Click the Settings tab.

    Set Graphics Mode to Manual.

Reduce the graphics quality to the lowest (move the slider to the left).

This indirectly disables effects like shadows, anti-aliasing, and possibly V-Sync.

    1. Run Roblox in Windowed Mode

While in-game, press Esc > Go to Settings.

    Set Fullscreen to Off.

    Click Resume Game.

Please let me know if the issue still persists after this. I am here to help.

    Best regards,

    Adrian A
