Microsoft Not Sending Verification Code.

Ok, now i am trying to log in to my pc (A Microsoft Surface) in settings (Windows 11) and everything goes well until i click on "Send Code". So, the code was supposed to come to my outlook, but it never came... I tried restarting and it still wouldn't come. So the i just left it and opened Excel and it again says to sign in... tried again and same issue (I did buy Microsoft 365). But it does work in the web. Again, to sign in on the web browser(Microsoft Edge) Same thing...
Please i want my apps... can't do everything on the browser.

    I request you to please try the following steps to troubleshoot:

    Please check Spam/Junk Folder sometimes the code email may end up there.

    And please make sure no rules are redirecting or blocking Microsoft messages.

    request you to please Double-check that you're entering the correct and complete email during sign-in.

    I would like to tell you that, occasionally, there can be delays in email delivery. Wait 5–10 minutes, then try resending the code.

    • If prompted multiple times, wait a few minutes between each attempt to avoid triggering rate limits.
    • Add "******@account.microsoft.com" to your safe sender list to ensure future delivery.

    And If your account has backup email or phone number options, try choosing one of those for the code instead.
