Autenticator App

Hello,

for a year now, I can't use my work Microsoft properly.

I changed my mobile phone and since then, my Authenticator App doesn't show any codes to verify something. IT from my Company can't help, helpdesk from my company reset my account and that also didnt work. I can't use yammer, I can't use forms etc, because I always need to verify in the Authenticator App, which doesn't show anything.

And if I want to change something in the settings of Authenticator, it also wants a code from Authenticator, so can't even do that. It's very frustrating.

    Sorry to hear you’re experiencing problems.

    When you downloaded the app on your new phone did you choose the recovery option? This would recover all accounts added to the app. This would’ve required the app to be set to backup to the phone’s cloud server. If not then you’d need to use one of the backup codes saved when setting up 2fa.

    Your only option would be to see if you can send the code via text or recovery email.
