Paper Orientation

Since my latest microsoft update, I have lost my portrait and landscape orientation availability when printing, and has been replaced with 4 various paper sizes, based in inches. As I'm using a Epson TMC3500 label printer, I need portrait and landscape choices. I tried other .png apps and installed the printer on a brand new PC, but I still get this random choice of orientations. The printer preferences are correct when I look at the printer in settings. How do I get back to being able to see the portrait and landscape choices ?

May I know the app you are trying to print from? (e.g. Photos, Adobe Acrobat etc.)

Okay, please download and install the latest Epson driver and firmware:

    Driver: https://ftp.epson.com/drivers/pos/TMC3500_x64_v...

    Firmware: https://ftp.epson.com/drivers/pos/FW_WAM32800.exe

Restart the PC and the printer after installing them.

Now, try to customize the paper sizes.

Hello, my name is Anis. I'll be glad to help you today.

Please initialize the printer with Factory Settings.

    1. Make sure that the printer is turned off.
    2. Turn the power on while pressing the STATUS SHEET button; then continue

to press the status sheet button for ten seconds or more.

Then connect the Printer and check the orientation.
