Install Error code 0x800f020b - Windows 11
Update keeps failing listing an "Install error - 0x800f020b Printer - 10.6.14.28216"
I do not have this printer and it is not listed under my Devices and I have not been able to "find it" in my computer to "remove it" - the rest of my Windows updates are current 16/05/25.
Can I get an assist to find and remove printer or get rid of the update error code?

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
That is a problem many people report where Windows updates tries to install a driver that is not required on your system, the best option is to use the official Microsoft Show/Hide Tool to hide that driver update to stop Windows continually trying to install the driver update.
