    Hello

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

According to your feedback you are experiencing a delayed mouse stuttering problem

Method 1: You can first try to link the mouse to another device to see if you still have the same problem.

This can determine whether it is a computer system problem or a problem with the mouse itself.

Method 2: Update or reinstall the Bluetooth driver

       1. Update the Bluetooth driver:

       2. Right-click Start Menu > Device Manager.

       3. Expand Bluetooth and right-click your Bluetooth adapter (e.g. Intel Wireless Bluetooth or Realtek Bluetooth) > Update Driver.

       4. Select Search for drivers automatically, or download the latest driver from the manufacturer's website and install it manually.

Method 3: Reinstall the Bluetooth driver:

       1. Right-click the Bluetooth device in Device Manager > Uninstall Device (check “Remove Driver”).

       2. Restart your computer, Windows will automatically reinstall the driver.

Method 4: Update or re-pair Logitech mouse

    1. Update the Logi Options+ software (if used):

Download the latest version of Logi Options+ and install it.

    1. Re-pair the mouse:

Go to Windows Settings > Bluetooth and Devices > Mouse and remove the paired Logitech mouse.

Power off the mouse and re-enter pairing mode (usually by long-pressing the pairing button at the bottom).

Reconnect the mouse and see if it improves.

Method 5: Adjust power management settings

       1. Disable Bluetooth power saving mode:

Go to Device Manager and find the Bluetooth adapter.

Right click > Properties > Power Management, uncheck “Allow computer to turn off this device to save power”.

       2. Adjust USB selective pause (for USB Bluetooth adapter):

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Change Program Settings > Change Advanced Power Settings.

Find USB Settings > USB Selective Suspend and set to Disabled.

Thank you for your patience and reading.

    Best regards.
