Unable to Sign in on certification dashboard when scheduling

Hi,

I am getting attached error message whenever I try to sign in to dashboard to schedule an exam (https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/federation/oauth2).
Kindly advise how to fix this. I can be contacted at tawab1@Karima ben .com.
