2025-03-19T09:17:05+00:00 Hi jhaida humadi,
Thanks for reporting this issue in Microsoft Community.
In your description, you have encountered the issue “Could not respond to the request, please try again later” while using Copilot.
I note that you have tried a number of steps, such as restarting your computer, clearing your history, and trying different accounts, and I appreciate your efforts and attempts to resolve this issue, and I understand the frustration and frustration you are experiencing as a result of not being able to use Copilot properly at this time.
There are many reasons why Copilot is not working properly, such as, network issues, browser conflicts, total server resource constraints, and so on.
As we can see, there are other users clicked “having the same problem”, which means that this problem is a common problem, and in the reasons I mentioned earlier, I mentioned “server resource constraints”, which is one of the reasons leading to the common problem, so please do not use Copilot. This means that the problem is a generalized one, and in the reasons I mentioned earlier, I mentioned “server resource constraints”, which is one of the reasons for the generalized problem, so please don't expect too much. (The problem may not be coming from the user's client)
We've done some searching and research on this issue as well, and here are some threads of user discussions on this type of issue.

As you can see, this issue has been around since 2024 and some of the users experiencing this issue still haven't gotten a solution.
As a support staff member, I understand the inconvenience and frustration of not being able to use Copilot at this time.
We'd like to learn more about this, and then we can rule out a number of other aspects (anything you can manipulate) that could be affecting this issue.
What are you currently accessing Copilot through, the Microsoft 365 (Office) app, or the Copilot app in Windows? Or are you using a browser to access Copilot?
You also mentioned that you changed your account, so are you changing your Microsoft account?
If, however, you are only accessing Copilot from the Copilot App on Windows, then you can try accessing Copilot through a browser.
Note that when accessing Copilot through a browser, the links to access Copilot are not the same depending on the type of Microsoft account you have (individual or organization).
The link to access Copilot for individual users is as follows
https://copilot.microsoft.com/
If you have a school or work account, you can try the following link.
https://copilot.cloud.microsoft/
Also, you can use a different browser, or in your browser, use privacy mode.
If you already use a browser to access Copilot, you can also clear your browser's cache after backing up your data (favorites and highlights).
Disclaimer: Your browser automatically saves temporary internet files to help pages load faster. Clearing this cache will sometimes fix website issues. Please back up all your personal files first, such as Favorites, to ensure you do not lose data.
If you are using a VPN or Game Accelerator, please disable or uninstall them.
The above steps are some of the things that we, as users, can try on the client side.
Although we are not a development team, we still pay attention to the user experience. For the possibility that the problem is coming from the server, we can try to give feedback to the Copilot development team.
For example, in Copilot in the browser, you can give feedback by following the steps below.
1 Click on your Microsoft account avatar in the top right corner of the app.
2 Select 'Give Feedback' from the menu.
3 Provide a brief description of the issue you are facing. The more detailed the feedback, the more it will help the development team investigate.
You can also send feedback on this issue to the development team at Microsoft using the link below.
Send feedback to Microsoft with the Feedback Hub app - Microsoft Support
After submitting your feedback, please provide us with the feedback link and we will vote in favor of it, which will help the development team to notice the issue earlier.
Also, you can try using some other AI models as an alternative.
It's my honor to provide you with some suggestions and I hope my efforts can be of some convenience to you.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Best regards,
