Cant reset pc

Im trying to reset my pc but when i open recovery drive it says missing files.... i have a usb of 32 gb

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please try downloading the .iso file directly from the following page.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

    Once the .iso file is downloaded, right click on it and select Mount.

    Open "This PC" app, and double click on the mounted disk to run the setup.

    Make sure your files are backed up.

    I suggest you to kindly create the Recovery Media again using Windows Media Creation Tool.

    If your PC is not functional right now, you may need to use another PC to create the recovery media.
