Certification collection not working

I have added the collection for renewing my microsoft Azure administrator certification, however when I go to click on one of the modules (for example Host a web application with Azure App Service) it just comes up with a 404.

I am pretty sure I already completed the first three modules last week
Host a web application with Azure App Service
Secure your Azure Storage account
Build a containerized web application with Docker

However I cannot access any of these modules nor can I see my previous work. I have completed module Host your domain on azure DNS today and it works fine

Secure and isolate access to Azure resources by using network security groups and service endpoints is my next module however I get a 404 for this

Are there issues with the collections / URLs / modules?
