Hi, thank you for that information, yes it is pointing out a display error, however, it is not yet determined if it's a driver or a hardware error on your GPU, if the issue persists after reinstalling drivers, that means there is a hardware-related issue.

Yes, you need to click analyze.

It looks like I did the clean install of the graphic driver with the third party software around the first of January. And the problem still exists as I've had 4 crashes over the 3rd to the 5th of march. Ill try to do the clean install using the nvidia updater next and if the problem persists maybe try the studio driver. Its good to know it looks like a driver issue because after I tried reinstalling drivers last time and it didnt work i started to suspect RAM.

To get the information in that screenshot did you use the !analyze command?

Hi, just to confirm, after you run clean installation of the Nvidia driver, do you still have the same issue? and have you done it from the link below?

    Hello, thanks for your response.

I have a Gigabyte Geforce RTX 3080ti Vision. I have tried updating drivers regularly through the nvidia website as well as uninstalling them altogether using display driver uninstaller (DDU) and reinstalling the latest nvidia drivers. Something I have thought of done but not done yet is using the studio driver instead of the game ready driver incase it is more stable.

If you dont mind me asking as well. What do you use to analyze the DMP files? Ive tried using windbg with the !analyze -v[0..99] command. And how did you narrow it down to the dxgmms2.sys? That file sounds familiar from trying to fix the issue myself (If a brief answer of these questions is not possible dont worry about it)

    Thanks,
