Win activation issue

I have activated windows on all in one PC. But after PC restart, windows is not activated, and cannot be with previously entered produckt key.

    I can only suggest trying to connect with Microsoft support directly. Use the Get Help app and type chat with an agent then select Contact Support, look for a call back or webchat option.

    Users here don't work for Microsoft and have no access to them another way.

    Out of interest if you use the same command on one of the working systems does it show the same type of OEM licence.

    I assume you have tried to input the key again.

    Sorry Im not into windows licensing very much. We bought 3 PCs for customer and 3 windows licenses. 2 works well, this one not. Can you help me what can I do in order to make it functioning on customers side? Thank you

    You have bought an OEM product key (licence) intended for a manufacturer to be embedded in the bios, not to be used by a personal user.

    The activation server may have detected a problem and rejected the licence.

    like installing Windows updates or BIOS?

    1. How did you activate Windows earlier or obtain the product key?

    (OEM, Retail or volume license).

    1. May I please know the version or edition of the Windows operating system installed on your device?

    Type winver in the search bar on the taskbar and click Enter.

    1. Open the command prompt as an Administrator. Execute the command below and click Enter. Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

    slmgr.vbs /dlv
