Why can't I enable memory integrity?

This was a problem for me for a while, so I factory reset my laptop 2 days ago and it seemed to have fixed the problem. Now for some reason it's become a problem again, and I can't memory integrity again. When scanning to find incompatible drivers, no drivers show up, this was also a problem for me last time as well (which is why I decided to just factory reset my laptop). I am currently on a Dell G15 5515.

I have tried running Autoruns, but no driver shows up as yellow or red. I don't believe there should be any incompatible drivers anyways, as I only recently factory reset my laptop.

    Hi, This is Ramesh.

The preinstalled Dell Data Vault utility might be the culprit. It's obsolete, and Dell recommends removing it.

If you can't uninstall it via Device Manager, use Driver Store Explorer to force uninstall the Dell Data Vault Control Device driver package (dddriver64dcsa.inf) .
