    Hi Wendy BS

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community

Understanding your problem, you did not request a one-time password email on your behalf.

This may indicate that someone is trying to access your account.

If you want to change your password

Go to account.microsoft.com and log in with the username and password of the account you want to update if you are not already logged in.

Select “Security” from the navigation header and re-enter your password for this account as you will be accessing sensitive information.

In the Password security tile, select Change my password.

On the Change Password screen, enter your current password and then enter a new password.

    Select Save.

If you are referring to the pin code on your computer, please do not worry!

Windows PINs are only stored locally on the device and are not transmitted over the network.

On TPM-enabled devices, the PIN is protected at the hardware level and cannot be read.

If you want to change it please refer to the official support article:Change or Reset Your PIN in Windows - Microsoft Support
