accessibility features for screen reader users during the AS 900 certification exam

Hi,
I am a screen reader user interested to appear for the certification offered by microsoft azure . In this context, I would like to know the accessibility accomodation for screen reader user for visual content and drag answer type interactions during the test. If they exist, how should I activate the necessary features?
