How do I reinstall minecraft java edition

Hi, I purchased minecraft java edition for pc and installed. My pc broke and when I want to re-install after I fixed the pc it won’t let me and the only option I get is to purchase again.

    Please try installing the game using the Minecraft launcher. You can download the launcher using the link below.

    Open the launcher, then sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to purchase the game on both the Microsoft store and the launcher. Once done, please check if you are now able to reinstall the game.

    If the issue persists, I recommend submitting a report using the link below. With this, the support team will be able to look at your account and hopefully reassign the entitlement of the game to your account.
