Hello,
Ever since I installed the latest driver from Intel, i got the below, but the issue is only when the page/picture is out of focus, for example when you click on it it comes back to normal.
Do you guys have any fix for it?

PC manufacturers customise the Intel graphic drivers, the best option is to go to the support page for your system on the manufacturers website, then from there, download and re-install the version of Intel graphics drivers they provide, those will be the most compatible version of the drivers and should resolve the problem.
