Cloned testcases not visible

I am trying to figure out how to clone test cases and test suites. For now I have identified that for a test case one should one it, and select "create copy of work item" from the "..." in the upper right corner.
I am then prompted to add a project and select work item type, and when selecting "ok" the new testcase is opened. I change the title to make it unique and saves the test case. Now I am back in the original test case and when selecting "links" I can see the test cases as a related item. But when closing and reloading the test suite - no new test case is shown. I have now tried it twice and has two new test cases as related items, but have no clue where they are.

So the question is: where do the testcases go when you create a clone :-)

I still cannot see that it is possible to clone a test suite, correct?

I might have selected wrong tag, there are no tags for the testplan functionality in Azure Devops. Please see enclosed steps to reproduce
