Hello Hesham Emad and welcome to the Microsoft Community!
Thank you for your feedback, it was a pleasure assisting you with this issue!
Microsoft 365 E3 subscriptions do not directly include license keys for Windows 11
However, Windows licenses can be obtained through Enterprise Agreements or Additional Services.
Below are the detailed instructions and solution:
How do I get a Windows 11 license?
- Purchase through an Enterprise Agreement (EA) or CSP
Enterprise Agreement: Windows 11 licenses may be included in a Windows Enterprise subscription (e.g. Windows 10/11 E3/E5) if the organization has signed a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement. Cloud Solution Provider (CSP): Purchase standalone Windows 11 licenses (Professional or Enterprise) through a CSP partner. - Use an OEM license for an existing device
If your computer comes with Windows 10/11 pre-installed and activated, upgrading to a new version usually inherits the digital license automatically (no key required). Check the activation status:
slmgr /xpr
- Activation via Azure Active Directory (AAD) or Microsoft Intune
If the organization uses Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Azure AD: If the enterprise uses Microsoft Endpoint Manager or Azure AD: Add the device to Azure AD and the enterprise administrator can assign Windows licenses through the subscription. Activation is by digital rights (no key entry required). - Purchase Windows 11 licenses separately
Purchase from the Microsoft website or an authorized reseller: Windows 11 Professional: For individuals or small businesses. Windows 11 Enterprise: Requires a volume license agreement.
The following suggestions are provided:
1. Contact corporate IT: Confirm that the organization has purchased Windows licenses and assigned them through Azure AD or Intune.
2. Check the device for existing licenses: Run Settings > System > Activation to see if the current version of Windows is active.
3. Purchase a standalone license: If you need to purchase a standalone license, contact the Microsoft sales team.
We look forward to hearing from you again!
