Boxcryptor not showing as an option on the authenticator app

Hi, I cannot log in to my boxcryptor encryption program as the authenticator is not giving me a code. It hasn’t got boxcryptor as an option. I can’t set it up again in boxcryptor as I can’t get in! I’ve tried erasing the authenticator app and re downloading it, but it still doesn’t give a code for boxcryptor. My partners is working fine.
