Azure Free MFA and AD Connect

Testing free MFA and it appears to be all or nothing, as in all users now require MFA. Since we configured MFA, our AD Connect service stopped syncing. Is there any way to keep our AD Connect service account from requiring MFA. Thanks in advance.

    You can exclude the service accounts from the baseline policy by using conditional access, but this does require a Premium P1 license. Otherwise like you said, baseline policies do not allow regular exclusions.
