Inspection Disappeared in MS Teams

Question

I'm new to using the Inspection App within MS Teams, but recently set up the App on my Teams site and created an inspection form. Typically it allows the option to start an inspection or continue an inspection. I was using the form today to conduct an inspection for one of our facilities and when I exited the screen, it did not offer the option to continue the inspection when I went back in. The inspection was almost complete, but had a couple of additional items and had not been submitted yet. It also does not show up under the Review Inspection tab. Is there a way to access this inspection or will I have to completely start over?

Additional info, I was using the app on my ipad, but have checked the desktop app as well as the web browser with no success.

Hello everyone,

I came across this query and the Inspection seems to have disappeared on me twice. I set up previously and tested it was working fine, but after a couple of weeks of inactivity, it disappeared. I was sure I didn't do any changes, and the Review and Manage Inspection sections were still there. So I had to uninstall everything, reinstall and reconfigure. Tested again and it worked.

However, after a couple of weeks (maybe another 3-4 weeks), the Inspection again disappeared. I am unable to see any button to Perform an Inspection or the stats that shows overdue, assigned to me, or active.

I reinstalled for the 3rd time (but this time not removing the existing ones), the previous config in the Manage Inspection and Review Inspections were still there + the sample ones which we get every time we install. If I click on the old Inspection link, it directs me to Manage Inspection or Review Inspection instead.

Has anyone figured out the cause on this?
