Media Creation Tool Problem

Question

I tried to open the media creation tool windows 10 and it said that the files cannot be opened because of internet security settings prevented a file being opened, help!

If the file is complete and safe, but Windows Security still prevents it from opening. You can allow unsafe programs to open in the following ways:
