Hello,

I keep getting a java script error dialog indicating a uncaught exception on my windows PC after power up. I have tried updating Java and not sure how to proceed.

Screenshot of the error message: https://apps.rediafile.com/5Ra/javascript\_error\_1.jpg

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Thank you!

    Hi, This is Ramesh.

The "electron/js2c/browser_init.js" error is related to an app that uses the Electron framework.

We may narrow down the problem by clean booting the system. A clean boot is the process of starting Windows without loading third-party apps and services. Please see this Microsoft article for more information.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-t...

(Step 3 is very important. You need to first enable "Hide all Microsoft Services" before clicking "Disable all".)

    Note:

If the error doesn't occur in clean boot mode, follow the steps under the paragraph "Detailed steps to isolate the problematic service or app" of the above article to determine the exact app or service causing the error.
