My Lenova Laptop keeps crashing randomly whenever I play any games on it.

Whenever I play any games on my lenova laptop, the game will randomly freeze and then crash. These happen randomly and not at set intervals; sometimes I can play for 20 minutes without freezing, and sometimes 20 seconds. My lag is also very prominent. I've tried many things to fix it, such as changing power settings, clearing my caches, factory resetting my laptop, and more. Can anyone help me fix my laptop?

    Hi ,

According to what I have seen, this laptop is not designed for gaming, but when researching, some users reported that the temperature is getting to the point of overheating.

First, let's update the BIOS and install the drivers for your laptop.

You will remove the Intel video driver and install the drivers below:

It depends on the game you are trying to play. Set the graphics to minimum and test it.

    DDU:

Note: DDU is a third-party application to completely delete and reinstall the GPU driver.

    1. After downloading, extract ddu to a folder.
    2. Run the driver screen uninstaller.exe application, select Model tab, put GPU.

After uninstalling the GPU Driver, uninstall it for Intel

    1. Click on the First option clean and reboot and wait for the process to finish.
    2. After running DDU and following the procedure:

    Hi ,

Can you take a screenshot and post it here because it doesn't recognize the laptop model?

The OS name is Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, and when I put in the baseboard product for the search, it says Agera; is that what you meant, or did you need a different spec?

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

If it is a laptop or desktop, if possible, could you provide the laptop model or your desktop configuration?

To see the model, you can type msinfo32.exe in the Windows search bar, open the search for the baseboard product and enter it here.
