Considering the location of those keys, this is unlikely software issue. It can be related to cracks on the keyboard circuit board.
To diagnose a keyboard problem, it's essential to test with the onscreen keyboard or a different keyboard via USB or Bluetooth. If the alternative keyboard works, it's certain that the issue is hardware-related. You might want to test this asap so that you can hopefully still take advantage of the standard 1-year warranty most manufacturers offer.
