Disconnect the PC from mains electricity.
Press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 30 seconds.
Wait 30 minutes
Reconnect the power cable and start your PC, does it boot into Windows?
Restart loop after windows update.

After the update, my computer keeps restarting in a loop. I can only see the manufacturer logo, and then it shuts down and restarts again. I can't even boot into Safe Mode by turning it off and on. Can you help me with this issue?
