Problem in RunTimeBroker.exe , SystemSettings.exe , Missing Hard Drive D;

Hi, can someone help me to solve this problem. I’m having a hard time trying to retrieve my hard drive which it keeps missing in my system. I then encountered a window prompt saying :

  • ‘RunTimeBroker.Exe -Application Error’ and
  • ‘SystemSettings.Exe - Application Error’(the system application won’t run)

I believe that some files are corrupted as I was trying to retrieve my hard drive files. I did all the scanning in terminal admin but it doesn’t work. The IT recommended me to just replace my laptop but all important files are in my hard drive. Hoping someone can help me with an actual resolved experience. Thank you

(I did notice the sickness of my laptop when the system force the computer to update and switching it to Windows 11)

    Dear kevyn01

    Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

    This issue is probably the most popular issue these days and it is a series of issues caused by system settings not being able to call Onedrive.

    You can refer to the fix announcement below.
