Why is my computer randomly crashing

I have a pc that I purchased a year ago and its been having issues with the thing completely restarting itself and I can't seem to figure out why.

All drivers have been updated already, has Ryzen 5 7600 + Nvidia RTX 4060 + 64gb DDR5 Ram

It's been going on for months.
